No prior experience is required. We provide full training, mentorship, and ongoing support from day one.

What does a typical day look like?

Each day begins with in-office training alongside your team, followed by face-to-face outreach in communities and public spaces where you represent nonprofit partners and acquire new supporters.

How fast can I advance?

We promote from within, and advancement is based on performance, consistency, and development. Many team members progress quickly as they grow.

How does pay work?

Compensation is performance-based, including base, commission and bonus opportunities, with strong earning potential as you grow and develop within the role.

What is the schedule and where will I be working?

Our team works in various locations across Orange County, including community events, retail locations, and public spaces. We offer a stable full-time Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) in a structured, team-oriented environment.
