Joan’s main motivator is having the opportunity to be surrounded by people that brighten up her day, every day. Joan is a strong believer that watching her peers succeed only motivates her to continue to reach her own professional goals. Mathew is a great asset that adds to our supportive and collaborative atmosphere a Masterplan Marketing. He loves going above and beyond, for not only his peers but within his own personal goals. Nicholaos is a driven professional with a Bachelors Degree in the Science of Marketing from California State University, San Marcos. He is humble, driven and outgoing which makes him an absolute asset to the Masterplan Marketing team. His positive outlook on life and business help him shine. Fun fact about Nicholaos, is that he has been to 13 different countries and he truly believes that everything happens for a reason.
Elina is a motivated and passionate professional, and her dedication to Masterplan and it’s entire team shows day in and day out. She loves watching people begin their career at Masterplan and blossom into the best possible versions of themselves. Her personal motto of “Believe you can & you are halfway there.” helps her stay positive and friendly each and every day. When asked how people would describe her, the answer is definitely positive, caring and hard working.
Joakim is a hands-on leader who loves being involved with the progression and development of his colleagues. He defines success as living a life that you enjoy every day, and sees Masterplan as a way to accomplish that. Joakim describes himself as competitive, hard working, and committed. His biggest success to date is numerous successful sales teams practically from scratch. Joakim also lives his life by his personal mantra: “Everything will be OK in the end, if it’s not OK, it’s not the end.”

His biggest success to date was being promoted to a leadership position after only 10 weeks with Masterplan. Aleks is also a worldly young man who has two citizenships and has lived in four different countries.
Alexa is a hard working young professional who loves the opportunity Masterplan has given her to build her dream career. Alexa defines success as accomplishing something she is extremely proud of while achieving financial independence. She would define herself as thoughtful, intelligent, and adventurous. Her biggest success to date is becoming a college graduate and being able to make a life in LA. She lives her life by her personal mantra: nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Samuel is a major team player and loves the supportive and collaborative atmosphere the team has created. While success has a different definition for everyone, Samuel sees it as working hard to achieve your goals and bouncing back when you fail. He describes himself as strong willed, determined, and hardworking. His biggest success to date is being a graduate of PSU and he spends his free time by working out and trying new foods.
Jaclyn is an absolute ray of sunshine. She thrives on the positivity and opportunity in her job and loves being able to work with charities. She defines success as failing, correcting, repeating, improving, and adjusting until you see the results you want. Jaclyn describes herself as intelligent, adaptive, and tenacious. Her biggest success to date is getting to a leadership position after having a rocky start. She’s constantly planning ahead, so both her and her team can meet the high expectations she sets.
Han is 100% a people person. He loves constantly interacting with positive people who truly care about the non-profit charities we work with. He defines success as putting time and maximum effort in the work that you’re doing and having the right attitude. Han describes himself as honest, straight forward, and determined. His biggest success to date is finding a job that he really enjoys and feels motivated to give 110% to. Han lives by the motto “Never give up”.
Megha is an opportunistic and energetic member of our team who loves meeting with people to talk about the career opportunities at Masterplan. She defines success as living life with a purpose and doing something you’re proud of. Megha describes herself as loyal, smart, and courageous. Her biggest success to date is taking a leap of faith and changing career paths after seven years in the insurance industry. Megha’s big heart also goes beyond working with our non-profits as she spends her free time volunteering.
Masterplan Marketing has responded to the impact Covid-19 has had on our normal business operations, therefore; we have adapted our services to follow public health guidelines. We promise to safely provide services on behalf of our clients, to the community at large, and to our employees. We also promise to adhere to CDC guidelines in maintaining socially distanced measures within the office environment.

Quinnton strives to make the world a better place and being a part of the Masterplan Marketing team is helping him on his way to this goal. In his time with the team he has grown professionally and personally and hopes to open his own office soon! His long term goal is to be able to retire by the time he is 50 and travel the world!
The support system that Sarah has around her has pushed her to grow and excel over the last year! She is driven and passionate and loves to travel, one of her goals this year is to visit our business partners in the UK! Her long-term goal is to open her own office in Austin, TX and own a farm.
Devyn is a drive and motivated young professional who is quickly growing and developing. A positive atmosphere and sunny disposition helps him shine a light on our entire team! Devyn is passionate about art and music and enjoys DJing on the side.
James fills our office with laughter and a positive attitude, his ability to add humor to everyday is such a light! He is passionate about doing good and loves the opportunity to get involved that Masterplan Marketing offers him. His love for music makes him an added addition to all road trips in our office! His long term goal is to opening his own office, and he is on his way!
Veronika is from Kyiv, Ukraine and holds a Master’s degree in Information Security. She loves cooking and crafting, and one of her greatest joys is hiking and mountaineering! Her long term goal is to never stop learning, and to also own her own business someday soon! Her passion for advocacy work and making a change drives her!
Chase is a 26 year old superstar! He studied at Walsh University and holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Chase holds the record of the fastest promoting leader promotion in Masterplan Marketing! He is absolutely on track to achieve his long term goal of owning his own company. His passion for making a difference in the world drive him all the way to the top!
Joey is a 22 year old Alma College Michigan graduate. He has a Bachelors of Arts in Communication and played football in college. He has achieved success pretty quickly by getting promoted in his first 2 weeks with Masterplan Marketing. His long term goals include opening up offices in Seattle, Chicago, New York, Toronto or Nashville. A fun fact about Joey is that he hiked the 26 mile Inca Trail in Peru in 4 days when he was in the 7th grade. His favorite thing about Masterplan Marketing is the family environment!
Kasie is excited to help the Masterplan Marketing crew expand into San Francisco and grow along side the company. She ultimately wants to leave her mark on the world by helping to make it a better place. In her free time she enjoys to read and is talented in the world of woodworking. The family environment that Masterplan Marketing offered to Kasie is a game changer and makes coming to work everyday fun and exciting.
Terry is a Cal State LA graduate with a degree in Marketing Management. During her time with Masterplan Marketing she has been able to develop her training and coaching skills. Her long term goal is to be the Marketing Director of a nonprofit organization. In her free time, she cooks, makes crafts and enjoys punk music! Her passion for being a voice to those who don’t have one drives her to succeed.
Racine is a 31 year old Hard Knocks graduate. With big goals of becoming a leader and developing her own team, Racine is an absolute asset to the Masterplan Marketing team. Racine hopes to open her own office in 2020 and become a motivational speaker. In her free time, she likes to hike and ride motorcycles and would consider herself an adrenaline junkie.
Matthew is a 32 year old CCSF graduate with a background in Philosophy. Matthew is an amazing chef who hopes to make a difference in the world by one day opening up a nonprofit for youth to teach them finance, and entrepreneurship. His passion for helping others is what keeps Matthew going and what will make him have a successful and bright future.
The fun, creative and caring environment at Masterplan Marketing drives Agatha to be successful. Her passion to make a change in the world make her a superstar in the office. Agatha has goals to manage her own team and she is well on her way to achieving that goal. In her spare time she loves to listen to music, attend concerts and shows and travel the world.
Tyler has a great passion for helping others giving back to those around him. He was previously involved in landscaping and property maintenance but made a career change, and hasn’t looked back since. His favorite quote is “You only believe what you wish to achieve”.
Patrick has a passion for giving others the opportunities that he has been presented with. He has a background in soccer and construction. A quote that Patrick lives by is “Where there is no struggle there is no strength.”
GiGi joined the Masterplan Marketing team after earning her BA in Communications. Her goal has always been to learn as much as she can in order to progress in her career. GiGi eventually wants to own her very own non-profit company and continue helping people all around the world.
Victoria is a UC Riverside graduate with a BA in Marketing. Her student mentality has helped her get promoted quickly to training manager and her short-term goals are to build and train her own team! Knowing that she has the ability to change the world through her hard work makes her long-term goal of owning her own marketing business a very real goal! In her spare time, Victoria loves to try new recipes and is obsessed with home decor!
Maricella values nonprofit efforts and applies that interest through her impactful leadership style at Masterplan Marketing. She aspires to bring opportunities to local communities through her charitable efforts. Maricella loves to laugh and smile!
Adam, a Kansas Wesleyan University graduate in Mathematics, has been a driven proactive leader in Masterplan Marketing since day one. He strives to create a thriving business for himself and has that mindset when he starts each day. Growing both personally and professional is Adam’s short-term goal, as he builds and develops his business skills.
Feras’s team-oriented mindset is an asset in his position at Masterplan Marketing. He has a true passion for helping others, a core trait in the company. In his free time, Feras enjoys traveling and playing sports. His professional goals include continuing to highlight the good in the world while advancing at Masterplan Marketing.
In his management role at Masterplan Marketing US, Carlos is an expert team builder with an ever-present eagerness to take on greater responsibilities. There is no doubt Carlos’ efforts have been pivotal in our firm’s expansion. Raul is a 25-year-old University of California, Irvine graduate. With a degree in Business Economics, he is well on his way to achieving his long-term goals of owning his own Marketing business. With the skills he is learning at Masterplan Marketing he will be able to help others in the field fulfill their goals one day too! Raul enjoys to cook in his free time, as well as playing basketball and watching a good football game.
Michael’s career at Masterplan Marketing US is thriving, and he is one of the company’s most admired leaders. Motivated by the unconditional support he receives from his team, he is planning diligently to extend the firm’s reach to every corner of the United States. The die-hard Patriots fan lives by the motto, “There’s someone out there who’s a lot happier with a lot less than you have.” In his downtime, Michael can be found playing basketball or visiting the beach.

He is backed by a degree in business management from West Virginia University, and is a winner of the rising star award. Deeply engaged in the company culture, Joshuah is energized by collaboration with his colleagues and makes a positive impact on their success.
Yessica discovered her love of working with people by getting into the field of holistic medicine as an office manager and event planner. After moving from Los Angeles County to Orange County she began looking for the opportunity to really make a difference. She was immediately impressed by the good-centered approach of Masterplan Marketing. Joining as an administrator in June 2015, Yessica helped Joakim build the Masterplan Marketing office by overseeing the smooth running of the company and helping new team members catch the vision of the firm. She continues to be indispensable in enhancing the work of the brands the company represents.
Alyssa has always been very passionate about helping people and enriching the lives of others, and so it was no surprise when she chose to pursue a degree in social and behavioral sciences with an emphasis in psychology from Golden West College. Alongside her studies she found herself helping in the management of family-owned businesses throughout Orange County for a better part of seven years. In 2015, Alyssa decided to switch gears and explore new career opportunities, with the goal of finding a way to travel internationally for work. Coming to Masterplan Marketing has been a perfect fit for Alyssa. She is excited about the growth and expansion of the company and the opportunity to work with the talented individuals who drive this business.
Callum started his career in the south of England in the seaside town of Bournemouth. An intelligent student, he soon acquired extensive experience in peer-to-peer sales. He also had a desire to live and work in California, and within a few short months found himself on the shores of Orange County. When he first joined Masterplan Marketing, Callum demonstrated a real passion for the work and soon advanced to a more senior role. Building a business from the ground up with Joakim is something in which Callum feels a great deal of pride. Callum’s ability to build strong relationships within the team and his consistent motivation to inspire others has had a direct influence on the success of the office. Joakim has frequently said that Masterplan Marketing would not be what it is today without Callum and his leadership. In the very near future, Callum will relocate to Austin, Texas where he will expand the firm by establishing a new branch there.
