Having Fun as a Team for a Great Cause

There’s a buzz around the Masterplan Marketing office as we discuss our most recent team-building event, which was the Panda Paddle San Diego fundraiser. This unique paddleboard race raises money for the World Wildlife Fund, which is a cause near and dear to our hearts.

Leadership from different organizations also took part in this fun and interactive day out. It was a great chance for our event managers to expand their contact lists. Being around so many successful and likeminded people was inspiring on its own, but the fact that we added helpful names to our networks made it even better.

The Panda Paddle event was a perfect example of how we build camaraderie every time we come together for a good cause. We got to see different sides of each other’s personalities during the fundraiser, including some talents that don’t appear around Masterplan Marketing headquarters very often. It’s safe to say we came back to work newly inspired to collaborate on behalf of innovative change agents.

We also sharpen our firm’s reputation with every giveback event. It’s rewarding to know that our company’s name can be linked with some amazing fundraisers and volunteer events in our community.
