Masterplan Marketing had a fun and productive 2019, and although the year isn’t quite over yet we’re already looking back on our wins in the last 12 months. We traveled, went to workshops and networking events, learned from industry leaders, and made great friends along the way.
Using the momentum we built up from the last four quarters, we are already making big plans for 2020. Of course, we’re not going to mess with a winning formula: travel, training, and fun will still be some of our top priorities. In fact, we’ll be looking for even more ways to see new cities as a team, increase our continual learning habits, and enjoy our Masterplan Marketing careers.
Along with upticks in these areas, we’re also focusing on expansion. Increased demand for our services has prompted us to look into different markets, and we will have more than one office up and running by the end of 2020. This means that our current ambassadors for good will have chances to take on more duties and move into leadership roles, while we bring on new hires to help us expand.
